RU1 games are custom video games built to celebrate any occasion. RU1 games are personalized, VIP experiences, so kids can invite anyone of their choosing with a Secret Code.

2. Which platforms and devices support RU1?

RU1 is available on any device that accesses Roblox and Fortnite. To ensure an optimal game experience, we recommend using a PC, phone, or tablet for Roblox games, and a PC or gaming console such as PlayStation, Nintendo Switch, or Xbox for Fortnite games.

3. how do i buy an RU1 game?

You can purchase the game directly from our website at ru1.com. In order to buy the game, you must choose your game theme, and select some customizations for your VIP experience.

4. What happens IN an RU1 game?

RU1 games include never before seen mini-games, adventures, and action-packed gameplay custom to each theme and personalized for the host.

5. HOW LONG IS AN RU1 game?

An RU1 game is designed for over 90 minutes of game time, but the party can continue for as long as attendees wish to play.

6. What is the appropriate age range for these experiences?

RU1 video games are designed for kids ages 8-12+.

HOW IT WORKS

1. What happens after I buy an RU1 game?

After you purchase the game, you will receive an email and SMS text message with information on how to launch the experience, including a Host Secret Code that you will need to enter to launch your RU1 game, as well as a separate Guest Secret Code to share with your guests.

2. What is a Host Secret Code and how do I get one?

You will receive a Host Secret Code after purchasing an RU1 game. You will need your Host Secret Code to start the RU1 game in both Roblox and Fortnite. After your purchase, you will receive your Host Secret Code via email and SMS text message once your VIP experience is ready within 24 hours. Don’t share your Host Secret Code with anyone!

3. Do I need to plan ahead, or can I play my RU1 game whenever?

For Roblox: RU1 games are available to play within minutes after purchase. You will receive an email and an SMS text message with information, including your Host Secret Code and your Guest Secret Code. In order to launch your game in Roblox search “RU1 Parties” on Roblox or use the custom link that was sent to you via email and SMS text message.

For Fortnite: RU1 games are available to play within 24 hours of purchase. You will receive an email and an SMS text message with information, including your Fortnite Island Code and your Host Secret Code. Then, just tell your friends when you want to hold the party and share your Fortnite username with them so they can friend you and join the party when it starts.

4. How do I start the RU1 game?

For Roblox: Enter your Host Secret Code into “RU1 Parties” on Roblox and you’ll be teleported into the RU1 VIP Lobby. Once all your guests have arrived using the Guest Secret Code you sent them, you’ll be able to launch the VIP game experience.

For Fortnite: You will need to enter your Fortnite Island Code, and share your Fortnite username with your guests (make sure they friend you!) who will join you in the RU1 Game Lobby. Once all your guests have arrived and you’re ready to launch the game, enter your Host Secret Code.

5. What is your refund/cancellation policy?
